Ohio is a messed up place full of unprofessional idiots! They totally blew me off when I was asking for some assistance. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, everything is voicemail. I saw that the one (Branch) had a cellphone number, this woman got all pissed that I called her cell! I'm thinking, calm down lady I'm not Hilary Clinton! I told her no one was answering the office phone. Why the hell should I have had to go through all of that to get assistance? It amazes me how some law firms treat people. They're rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional! They had the nerve to refer me to someone who could make Mother Theresa and Ghandi go off! Please don't waste your precious time with this place!!!
