Tom Giaimo has a chip on his shoulder. I called him about a condo matter and he touted all his knowledge making it sound like he knows it all and I know nothing. Then pulled attitude with me when I tried to call him back several days later after he did not respond to some questions I emailed him. Saying he was too busy to talk to me. Don’t go to this guy for your needs because you’ll be made to feel like a subordinate rather than a client.
