If I could give a rating less than one star, I sure would, but Google doesn't allow anything less. Honestly, these Ginarte lawyers are the worst thing I could have chosen. At first Mr. José Ginarte is attentive and he calls you just to say hello, then he neither wants to see you nor gives you appointments, and as he orders, the other paralegals and other lawyers play the same game as the boss. That is, they don't help you either. And what can I tell you about the lawyer who handled my case, he is a friend of the accused's lawyer, YES ! as you hear it, they were going so slowly that they did not want to get hurt. I wholeheartedly suggest you look for any OTHER FIRM EXCEPT Ginarte.

On February 07, 2020 I retained GINARTE GALLARDO GONZALEZ WINOGRAD LLP 233 BROADWAY, SUITE 240S NEW YORK, NY 10279 for my Civil Case New York Supreme Court 157714/2016. Myself, my wife and two daughters do not have or had any civil cases in any other county or state in connection to above mentioned case ever. The day I retained Mr. Joseph A. Ginarte, Esq. February 07, 2020 I was told by Mr. Steven R. Payne and Mr. Joseph A.Ginarte that I was in good hands for me and my family not to worry about my case they stated I was in good hands. Around May 08 2020 I received a text from a paralegal named Raquel Davy stating that after reviewing my mentioned case they will no longer proceed to represent me in any aspect. On May 18 2020 there was a zoom conference with myself the paralegal Raquel Davy and Mr. Steven R. Payne who stated to me that he spoke to one of the defendant attorney for MELVIN CONSTRUCTION CORP., named Mr. Prendergast and he told him my case is not worth much and they will not make any money if they represent me in mentioned case. On June 18, 2020 there was a Skype video conference with the assigned Judge at that time from NEW YORK COUNTY SUPREME COURT and everyone agreed that GINARTE GALLARDO GONZALEZ WINOGRAD LLP and attorneys be released from civil case mentioned. Mr. Steven R. Payne attended that video conference, myself who is the plaintiff injured worker, and the three defendant attorneys attended virtually. All defendants attorneys agreed for GINARTE GALLARDO GONZALEZ WINOGRAD LLP and staff to be released as my the plaintiff counsel for civil case mentioned above. I have been pro se since June 18, 2020 and still is pro se. I efile NOI on December 21, 2021 as a pro se litigant. For some reason Mr. Steven R. Payne stated that one of my previous attorneys gave my case to a firm named SUBIN CONSTRUCTION. Myself my wife and two daughters have never heard or communicated with any of individual from SUBIN CONSTRUCTION and team ever. It is my honest opinion that GINARTE GALLARDO GONZALEZ WINOGRAD LLP and staff is not reliable. It is my honest opinion that GINARTE GALLARDO GONZALEZ WINOGRAD LLP does not care about injured workers and their families.
