This firm uses bait and switch tactics. They were perfectly willing to work with me when they were under the impression I would pay a retainer fee, but when I shared this was via a MetLife legal benefit from my employer, they then stated “unfortunately, due to their current trial schedule and current case load, our attorneys are unable to assist with your matter.” Unethical.

I had the pleasure of working with Alison and retaining her services for two separate child custody cases involving my two minor children. While it's already difficult trying to navigate the family courts as a father, Alison made the entire process smooth. Alison is the most intelligent, respected, well-prepared, and fearless attorneys in IL family law. I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience at The Law offices of Alexandra M. Goddard was outstanding! I found myself at ease with the way Attorney Jessica Malmquist handeled my intenational child support case. She was clear, fair and detailed during my court process. She demonstrated much attention to my concerns and was firm in the court room making sure that I got treated fairly and the state litsen to my side. Utilized them to set up a family trust and will. Initially worked with Alison Turoff and midway through the process Brittney Van Ness took over. Took them almost 15 months to complete the process. Minimal communication during this time (maybe 2-3 phone calls and a handful of emails). Not professional. Very poor communication. Would not recommend using their services.

We did an initial consultation with Jessica Malmquist in which she outlined how she could help and said she would take the information we gave her write up a draft of a needed legal document. It has been 7 months and we have not received anything from her. More upsetting has been her unresponsiveness to our calls and emails. If you expect the courtesy of a reply, I suggest that you look elsewhere.
