I wouldn't trust these people to close the estate of a spotted lantern fly. Complete disregard for communication and the lack of urgency and professionalism is astounding. 0 starts if I could.
They handled my property tax assessment. Everything was fine until the hearing was completed. Then, the attorney quit responding to phone calls and emails. No response to any follow up questions. I was lucky enough to find another attorney through some contacts to help wrap up the assessment process. Would definitely not recommend.
We received several letters from this law firm offering to help with an upcoming property assessment appeal. These letters were nor solicited but, nonetheless, my husband and I thought it would be good to have representation. I called the number provided and was assured an attorney would call me back to discuss the situation and fees. Several weeks later, I had not heard anything back. I called again and was told the hearing was too soon, they walked me through the postponement process. 4 more unreturned voicemails, another unsolicited letter offering to help (how frustrating!) and we decided to move on. I would not recommend these attorneys as they are either disorganized or simply ignore potential clients, despite actively trying to recruit new business.
Michael and his team helped me lower my property assessment value. They were very responsive with answering any questions that I had throughout the process. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to appeal your property assessment taxes!
