So far so good! Listened to my concerns and worked with me on price.

The customer service is bad. It's easy to see that there is a lack of communication in the office. I didn't appreciate that they contacted me after my accident, and said someone I knew referred me. But, I hadn't told any of my friends and family. I was told this was to start treatment for my pain. It wasn't until I was signing forms that I learned this was a representative for the law firm. I gave them a chance, but ended up firing them. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I’ve had a case from 2010 that has not had any movement since 2010. I called regularly for the first five years but I kept getting the run around. They said they would send papers, never did. Said my case needed to be presented before a judge, never did. Sure would be nice to get my $1,000 settlement that’s supposedly on hold due to needing a judges signature. They never call back and are never available. I would give them negative stars if I could. NEVER GO HERE.

The older secutarity Ms Judy was a blessing, I love the idea she tht we could talk she was my home girl from New Orleans. Hurt when I found out she had passed. Hope the new fill can give the same amount of respect.

I have made several calls and sent many text messages, there have been no responses. It’s unfortunate and frustrating, especially when money has been invested.
