My experience with Holston & Huntley was very disappointing. I did not receive the communication I expected. Every time I asked to speak with the attorney, I was always given an excuse as to why he could not talk to me. The only times he communicated with me were through text. I never heard anything about my case unless I reached out. Additionally, the attorney did a horrible job of reducing my medical bills, so I only received one-third of my settlement. I talked to the attorney about this (through text) and he was very dismissive and unpleasant. He was not willing to put in any additional work into reducing my medical bills, because he was going to get his 30% anyway. He even suggested that I get another attorney if I was unsatisfied with him. I found that to be very dismissive. I didn't want another attorney. I just wanted him to give my case the appropriate attention and behave like he cared.
