This office did a great job handling my case. Bo Cerny took over after the previous person and everything cleared out so fast. She was amazing at explaining everything and replying quickly to every email so fast. Very professional and helpful. Thank You Bo.

Just a reminder not to use or trust this guy, Mr Metcalf. He will scam you. He charged me $500 for a deep record search and never got back to me. Finally after a few weeks of avoiding me, he finally spoke to me and didn’t say anything about the search. All he said was “we are ready to go” whatever that means. I asked for my money back because I felt like he didn’t do anything for me, he said the he couldn’t do that because the money has already been spent. (On what?) So I contacted the court house and I did his job for free and found out more about myself. They know exactly who I am and when I post, they act like they don’t know.

Very unhappy client right now. Previous staff Kathy handled all my applications very well, things were on time. Since she left the office, I have constant trouble with staff who already made big mistakes in my case, which I as client had to correct. It’s very hard to reach out to Patrick, the attorney, by phone or in person to clear things up. Lots of issues. Wish his staff would be better. I have no doubt in Mr. P. Metcalf to be a very good attorney but I’m absolutely not happy with his staff.

My case was handled by a previous staff who wasn’t friendly at all. Ms. Bo looked over at my case and guided me through it. She is very professional and helpful. It was a great experience working with her and a new team.
