Sloppy. Attempted to hire Mr Overstreet for a demand letter. After agreeing on a price for this service, I received contracts of poor quality via DocuSign that did not reflect our discussion of price and scope of job. Rather, they gave him cart blanche to do whatever he wanted. Despite requesting contracts that reflected our verbal agreement, I continued to receive various versions of the first contract. When I had questions regarding the legal plan to include the amount legally allowable for demand, Mr Overstreet couldn't answer because he needed to play golf as it had been a long week for him. He referred me to his secretary, Alexis, who was unable to even identify the section of the contract that would have contained the information. She became quite excitable when I told her that someone in the office needed to locate the appropriate information if she could not. She could not move past explaining how she couldn't and eventually hung up on me. I conclude that matters are being unfairly left to an individual without the skill set to carry them out while the boss does the minimum work required. Very poorly run office. I would only assume that the legal work would be done just as sloppily.

Horrible divorce lawyer! I got nothing. He didn’t get my attorney’s fees paid by my cheating ex-husband. Had no idea what was going on with my case nor did he care. Would be working on other cases in front of me instead of paying attention to my case. Basically rushed my case so he could move on to bigger more lucrative cases. Was very rude and unprofessional. I paid $5000 for absolutely NOTHING! I should sue him for doing a lackluster job. Terrible terrible terrible lawyer! DO NOT USE NATHAN OVERSTREET

This guy is the man!!! He is so professional and he knows exactly what he is doing, he is doing a great job for me!!! Thank you Nathan and I'm sorry for my attitude some times ????..... best attorney in the city!!!
