It's tough to put into words how thankful I am for Jeff, Jen, and everyone else at the Law Office of Jeffrey A Jones who helped with my case. I found Jeff Jones to be condescending, rude and incredibly arrogant. I tried to change to a different personal injury attorney twice and both times I was told to go back to Jeff Jones by other personal injury attorneys. They are obviously all friends that look out for each other, not their clients. I thought my nightmare would have ended with the accident where I was hit by a Ram truck by a distracted driver and sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury, a broken shoulder and injuries to my back and neck. My nightmare didn't end until I didn't have to deal with Jeff Jones anymore. To add insult to injury - after my case was settled they took the 1/3 of my settlement - 37,500 . On top of that I was also charged 5,832.66 for fees for Jeff Jones only. Why on earth was that fee not included in the 37,500? Talk about pure unadulterated greed! I spent most of my career in Peds and Adult Critical Care and have never seen such rudeness, arrogance and condescending behavior or been treated so unprofessionally. If you need a personal injury attorney run as far away as you can from Jeff Jones. It will be the best decision you have ever made.
