A work permit was mailed to the law firm of Fatima Johnson in May last year. Since then, efforts to get has come to zero. I visit the office (8 times) and the person you find at the receiption can only take a message and pass it to whoever can help, and they will call. I call, I can't remember the number of times I have called, the same answer. And the receiption is always manned by a different person. .
Please never go there. They just try to find ways to steal your Money. They never help me and been fighting to pay them the full amount when they never completed the case from me.
Hello, please, I need help to file a lawsuit against them, but I need us to unite so that the same thing doesn't continue, he scammed me out of 9,000 dollars.
The Law Firm of Fatima Johnson is the worst law firm ever, I have called them on several occasions but the person that I want to speak with is never available. What made me so angry is I don't have no outstanding bills with so they have stopped calling me, when I owed them they will never stop calling. I filled for my daughter since 2016 and the years went by and no responds, That lawfirm is the worst ever. timmiasked them
Unprofessional & zero communication DO NOT spend your money. The level of stress this firm will cause you will be very high. Short story: - They never answer messages, or calls. After they collected $5995 for our case, we rarely heard from them. - The law firm opened I-693 forms (reports of medical examinations) sent by the doctor. These forms are only to be opened by USCIS. We had to re-pay the doctor to re-do the forms for $600 because of their irresponsibility. It also caused drama with the doctor's office. The law firm did not pay us for this mistake they made. - When USCIS sent a response, we would never hear from the firm for next steps. Constant calls and messages were sent and almost all ignored. We were supposed to meet a deadline and the firm had zero communication about this. Long story: I started the process in September of 2020. The communication was good at the beginning because they were collecting monthly payments from me. Once I paid the full amount they went to almost zero communication. I had to call many many times. I initially thought they were busy, but weeks will pass, months and no sign of them. Almost a year later, after many calls, and messages ignored, they finally had the forms ready for USCIS. After many complaints and calls, the story will be the same. They would apologize and take notes in our case so this doesn’t happen again. Lies, after that, I would not hear from them at all. Few months later after we submitted the documents, USCIS responded requesting I-693. The only reason I found out is because USCIS sends this notice to both the law firm and me. I didn’t hear anything from the firm. I called to find out what the next steps are. No response. I decided to google around and found a website USCIS provides with a list of doctors authorized to these reports of medical examination. I made the appointment, got it done and still no response from the law firm. After many many calls and messages, they finally answered a call and said “yeah send us the medical examinations and we will send them to USCIS”. I sent the law firm the medical examinations and got a call from them apologizing because they accidentally opened the forms. These forms are sent by the doctor with a seal that says “do not open unless USCIS officer”, yet they ignored the seal and opened them. I had to call the doctor and explain what happened. The doctor was furious yelling at me “how is that possible? They have a seal!, etc” After talking to the doctor and begging him, he agreed to re-do the forms, but I had to pay those forms again. Again, I called the law firm to dispute this fee, and they said they wouldn’t pay for that. After they received the medical examinations for a second time, I called many many times to make sure they did not open them. We had a deadline, and the law firm waited 3 days before our deadline to send the documents to USCIS with ZERO communication of what they were doing and ignoring my calls and messages. Imagen the level of stress I was on. USCIS finally responded after sending the medical examinations, I received a letter from USCIS about the case. The law firm was holding the green cards and not mailing them to us. We had to go to the office and demand the release of our documents. Initially they denied it, but there was no reason for it, and we didn’t leave until they finally gave us the documents.
