Jon Norinsberg is the best possible law firm you could engage to represent you. I first met Jon back in 2006 after my husband had successfully defeated a false B-felony charge that had been lodged against him for political purposes. Our lives were under water and we needed to sue the prosecutor who had fabricated the evidence against my husband. Despite the long odds of ever prevailing in a lawsuit against a prosecutor and an attorney general, Jon took on our case. For the next NINE years he worked each and every day to get us the justice and compensation for our economic and psychological losses. The case coursed thru Brooklyn Federal District Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and up to the United States Supreme Court before a final victory was achieved. Along the way Jon established a new precedent in the law. Omissions could now legally be fabrications.
