Justice California Law Group

This is by far the worst Law Group you can ever deal with! My mom was involved in an accident over 2 years ago, she was recommended to them by an insurance broker who knew one of their previous lawyers. A few weeks later my friend and I were involved in a major accident where his wife almost lost their unborn baby. My mom recommended these lawyers to us. We went ahead and took her advice without really knowing who they were. They are horrible!!!! Their lawyer never returned our phone calls, their assistants would say, "we'll call you back in 20 minutes" and a whole week would pass by when finally we would have to call them and even their manager did that to us. They are very unprofessional you are always having to explain yourself because there was no consistent person who you could speak to. A few months into the case and the lawyer completely disappeared on us. She left the firm and no one in there office bothered to call us or let us know what was going on until weeks later. When we finally got a hold of a lawyer we were switched around to another lawyer and then we had to retell the case all over again. When the medical bills came in, especially for my friends wife since she had to be rushed to the nearest ER from the scene of the accident, he was told not to worry about it, that all he paid would get reimbursed and that the rest would get paid through the claim. That was not so. He never got reimbursed for the $1,000 payment he made and on top of that two years later Kaiser puts him in collections because the law firm failed to pay Kaiser the medical expenses. When my friend talked to Kaiser and asked why they had put him in collection when two years ago he had faxed Kaiser all his lawyers information so that billing could contact them, Kaiser said they called but that the law firm said they didn't have his case. THEY DENIED THEY WERE EVEN HIS LAWYERS!!!!! As for my mom, she was convinced by one lawyer to not settle and take her case to court because she had suffered some spinal damage. She went to there law offices and took days off to prepare for a hearing that never occurred just so that months later she is told it would be best to settle. On top of that her medical bills had been piling because they kept sending her to this doctor and that and when she finally got her settlement check it was practically nothing. When she complained they said it was her own fault because SHE WANTED TO TAKE IT TO COURT. These people are incredibly dishonest. I could never, ever recommend them your better off representing yourself. In order to POST I have to give them a star rating but honestly they don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them. And the CA Lawyer Bar Association will be hearing this.
