My experience with the Kavinoky law firm was simply amazing. The entire time my attorney made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence that I needed to do things correctly at the trial. He kept me well informed about everything and I trusted him a lot for that. I give my attorney 5 stars for getting the job done in a very professional manner. Thank you sir, I can sleep better now. Highly recommend.

Words of advice . Do not hire this Law firm or any DUI law firm if this is your first offense , Its a waste of your money . California has a set guideline of what penalties that you will get with a Lawyer or not . Yes for $4,500 - $6,000.00 they will go to court for you but besides that it's not worth it . I got a warrant for my arrest less than 2 months into hiring the Kavinoky Law Firm. My son 2 years ago had twice the BAC in him than I did , he got the same sentencing as I did without the Lawyer . The woman on the phone was a great sales lady that is what hooked me . You will get your best advice by going to your required DMV classes . Good Luck !!

Started off very professional and promising until the last few months. Let me just tell you that they will take you into the hall and SCREAM your charges so everone will know your situation. Absolutely no privacy. Was passed from one lawyer to another to ANOTHER. It turned from quick text replies to quickly trying to get you off the call. Which ended up being the only form of communication. Through THEIR choice. Every time we (Meagan Melanson) talked. I felt like I had to be on her time and hurry up with my needs. Nothing that I wanted to be presented to the prosecutor was presented. Took each plea deal I was given and reworded it to look better than before until there was no turning back. I even asked why the deal before looked better than the last and I was told because the last one didn't involve my driving restrictions. WHY TF WOULDN'T SOMETHING I'M GOING TO SIGN INVOLVE SOMETHING IM BEING CHARGED WITH. I was literally about to be given over $1000 in fines vs working community service for 16hrs..... SERIOUSLY!!!!! Zero to no communication unless it's through a fly by service to get the job over and done with.

Henry has been nothing but over-the-top amazing and his communication with me has been on point! I couldn't ask for a more professional attorney in the situation that I needed. I highly recommend him when needed!!
