I settled my case in December 2023. I had back surgery due to the accident. I was paid out as well as the doctors I thought. I’ve been trying to get on the schedule for a nerve blocker shot with the previous doctor that performed the surgery. He will not put me on the schedule due to not being paid from my settlement, he should have been paid. I reached out to the attorney and his assistant on when they will pay him his 6k. It’s going in 3 weeks and no one have said anything. I just called the main number and the lady said she called the attorney he is out of town I can wait until Monday or speak to the settlement clerk. I expressed to her my back is killing me I need immediate assistance. She didn’t even finish talking to me she just clicked over while I was talking then hung up. This is crazy that you all should have gave the doctors their money and now I’m in pain due to you all mess up. After this review I’m going to social media to let people know how shady you all are.

We had the pleasure of being paired with attorney Michael Rudder. He has been 100% professional in everything involving my case. I called a few law firms before Ken Nugent and none of them seemed right. As soon as I called Ken though that all changed. The process was quick and as professional as you can get. They had a notary at my house within 24 hours to make everything official. After that I was hooked up with Michael Rudder and he worked everything out fast. I had to wait a few months for my settlement to go through but as soon as it did I was so surprised with the amount. I did not think it would be near as much as he got.
