I had a great experience working with King and King with chapter 7 customer service was great. My lawyer was excellent. The answer any questions I had. I was really nervous about the process, but they made it more at ease King King is a good representation if you’re looking to file chapter 7 or 13????????????????

King and King made this process and experience easy. I was always able to speak to someone concerning my case. Great customer service and thank you for making this process effortless.

Horrible experience. Initially started out decently with a “low” monthly payment. Only to call months in & tell me my budget wouldn’t cover the entire case. Luckily I changed employers making more money, so I sent in new employer info & it took them over a month & 3 different people to update my employment information & led me to becoming delinquent in payments. They then inform me again that my budget does not cover the full length of the case & recommended raising my payments again & asked for updated check stubs as if they didn’t already have my pay information. Subsequently my case was filed for dismissal & I am now having to look for another firm to try to file with, if I even can, due to their obvious inability to properly handle my case. They create the budget, so how was my budget created improperly twice ? & if I am unable to refile, I then lose the asset I need to protect with this bankruptcy & end up with more real debt than I started with.

I would like to thank King & King for taking my bankruptcy. They help me through the process flawlessly. It was so much uncertainty going through the process. I’m glad to say I made it through the process and I am better off for it. Thank You to everyone at King & King!!!
