I have personally been using Nick for the last 8 years for a case I’m going through. We have had our ups and downs (mainly because I needed to do a lot of growing up personally) but since the beginning he has had the best interest for myself and my son. (I did not always listen to him which I should have). But he still is working hard in every way possible to better a tough situation. I respect Nick for his work and honesty(though it may be direct and sometimes brutally honest) it’s all facts and should be taken to heart. I was introduced to Nick through my boss while closing on my home back in August. It was my first time buying a home and I was a bit nervous to say the least but, Nick and his assistant Carolyn were both wonderful. Carolyn helped me with all my questions in a timely manner up until the day of and Nick was so friendly and helpful on the day of closing. I ended up saving almost $4,000 on what we thought closing cost were going to be. I would definitely use him again for real estate and plan to keep his name in mind for anything else that may come up.
