They really deserve 0 stars. This Law firm has no communication, the system is always down and it's hard to tell if anyone is actually working because Ive called 6 different times over 2 months and no one is able to give me an answer. It's always "can I give you a call back" which never happens. Ive you have a chose of dealing with this company or not please go somewhere else. Very Unprofessional Firm. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

One of my HOA fee accounts was somehow disconnected from autopay and went unnoticed for sometime which led to me owing a good bit of money and this firm being assigned to collect it. That was in December and it’s now April. They have answered one email asking how much I can pay and then went silent. They don’t answer phones, VM is always full and they ignore all email communication. Clearly they play this ignore game as the fees stack up. The most unprofessional law firm I’ve ever dealt with and surprised they are even still able to operate. So far they have lived up to every horrible review about them….

I wish I could give them 0 stars I’m on a payment plan with them and emailed them in September that I was unable to make the September payment due to health issues they never replied to my email. I than proceeded to make the October, November and December payment and special assessments: all of the sudden today they had a hold on my account for the Debt stating that they had not received a payment for November or December. When I gave her the check number and she realize she was wrong, she proceeded to tell me “oh well you do make those payments but you still missed September payment so nothing I can do” They are the worse law office there could be. Inhumane, disrespectful. They are so unprofessional. Big time scammers I will report them in every possible way

Worst law firm I’ve ever encountered. I forgot to bring in my signed document and I’ve been paying on our agreement. And because I didn’t submit the document they’ve added an addition $180+ dollars to my balance. Instead of notifying me hey we do not have your signed agreement. I have to be penalized . Absolute nonsense. Disband this trash firm

Would put ZERO stars if I could. This law office is complete trash. They never answer the phone, voicemail is always full, never reply to emails. And when you finally get ahold of someone all they do is lie
