Paid a bill through them. Two weeks passed, no confirmation that the bill was paid. I stressed that the matter was urgent, staff simply does not care. This company has done me active harm in their negligence to respond.

The receptionist is always nice and friendly. That's the only good thing about that place. Alot of the people work there is stuck up.

I am giving 5 stars because I know that the attorneys at this firm are great. The staff in the office are not all that helpful though. Some are just rude.

Can't never get anyone that answer for personal customer service and their phone Service is messed upysystem is messed up constantly and when you do talk to representative they are hateful and rude
