Horrible. They waited until I gave my last payment to tell me that my husband would not be eligible for forgiveness or anything due to the fact that he claimed to be a US citizen when he crossed. They didn't give me my money back and they did absolutely nothing than ask for his fingerprints. To me they are thieves.
