I recently contacted Mr. Paul Miller regarding changing our business tax structure. Mr. Miller provided candid advice over approximately seven minutes. How do I know that Mr. Miller provided candid advice? Because his advice did not direct or guide me to any follow-on billable services? He guided me through some key questions and addressed the process for making the change with the Colorado Secretary of State, "then stated you are good - "check your operating agreement to see if it allows your company's desired tax structure; if not, submit a minor revision with a filing with the Colorado Secretary of State." He even provided the draft language for the revision. Historically, I've never needed legal services to any extent. Because of my great experience, I am looking for a reason to engage Mr. Miller!
