My wife hired Susan Hahn to help with a case against an employer. We paid her a retainer which see said we would get back whatever is left when the case is done. Susan Hahn did VERY LITTLE WORK. So we asked for the remainder of the retainer. We have been asking for the retainer for about a year now if not longer. She doesn't return calls or emails. Even if she used all the retainer, she could at least let us know. (I would be very surprised she could have without doing any work) Very unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. Do not waste your money here.
