The only time this office is responsive is prior to signing the contract. Once you sign the contract, THEY WILL NOT return your calls, let you know what is happening with your case, or even let you know when they have reassigned it. What they will do is ignore your calls, have the secretaries lie to you (badly at that), and provide you with nothing but attitude if you are able to get ahold of someone (the most attitude I got was from Louie Vega). They are Completely rude and unprofessional. Mr. Green should be embarrassed to have these individuals represent him and his law firm. I have been calling for 3.5 weeks so far asking for an update on my settlement money and trying to give them my new address and have not been able to get in contact with anyone other than an answering machine. I’m starting to wonder if they are even a real firm.

Never return calls and have an attitude when you continue to contact them. Never get answers about the status of your case. Poor customer service.

Mr. Green responded VERY QUICKLY when I first asked for his firms services for two cases! But after I signed the contracts to hire them? Service went completely downhill, the attitude of people I dealt with declined severely! Mr Green stopped taking texts or calls from me! He even stopped taking personal emails from me. Directing everything to his office where they rarely return calls! One of the Top worst Attorneys I have dealt with!

Mr. Green is always very professional
