People like Irving Pinsky should have their ability to practice law revoked. What a scumbag. Suing because the state should have protected the families of the Sandy Hook elementary tragedy because of "failure to protect against forseeable harm"? What a pathetic excuse to benefit from a horrible, horrible tragedy. I'm typically not one for "this person should off themselves" but really, what a pathetic excuse for an attorney who has absolutely no moral code, no ethical principles to live by. This guy should honestly crawl under a rock and starve himself to death. What an unacceptable perversion of the law. Irving Pinsky, you are a sad, pathetic person, and should never, ever, EVER be allowed to practice law.

I used to act in television commercials for this law firm back in the mid-1990s. I never used the law firm's services. However, I would never do a commercial for a business until I personally checked them out and found them to be reputable, and I found Mr. Pinsky himself to be a very kind, very knowledgeable and very professional man. I was often mistaken in public by people who had seen the commercials as Mr. Pinsky himself, and I would refer them back to the law firm. Again, I want to emphasize I never used the firm's services, but I did speak to several of their clients prior and after doing the commercials, and all were pleased and satisfied with their experience.

Horrible experience, he took my money. Didn't help me with anything. A true scammer. Run from this place. The worst attorney I ever encountered. NO Stars should be an option.

This low life should sue God for making him a grade A scum bag! Don't worry everyone, he is just trying to help solve the school safety problem by suing for $100 million. Thanks for going to bat for the safety of our children by exploiting a horrifying tragedy you self-righteous predator.
