We approached Logos to help with clarifying a few points on a contract. Despite having sent over copies and details days before, lawyer told us she read nothing and asked us to explain everything from scratch. The lawyer did point out a few points of risk we were not aware of previously. But when asked if there were any ways to mitigate the risks, the lawyer was of no use. She came across as arrogant and unwilling to propose options.nnI took my business to another law firm and received a drastically different experience. Very glad to have found the other firm and not dealing with Logos.

I came in to get two documents notarized. It was great that they were able to fit me in within the hour. The receptionist that I talked to over the phone was lovely. When I got there, I was greeted by the lawyer. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. Sure my documents were notorized, but customer service was poor and lacking. I understand I was only providing her with $50 worth of work, but I felt rushed and uncomfortable asking her questions. It was the first time I was getting documents notorized. This lawyer (Karen) also did work for my mom a few years ago and the experience was the same. I didn't realize this till I got to the actually office for my appointment. Good customer service goes a long way.
