This doctor office has gotten worse over the years. You can never reach his office to talk to anyone to schedule appt. He doesn’t return calls pertaining to patients medication. I call office for weeks and no one return your calls. I had to cancel numerous specialist appts or pay out of pocket because I can’t get referrals. Not even sure if they give him the messages. Very unprofessional

I have no idea what in the world has happened at the Rockaway Pkway Office. It's been over a year or more since the Pandemic started & now ending. There is no response on phns. Just V/Ms. What happened to Dr. Sinha????? I have been calling for quite some time sending emails no feedback whatsoever. Called the Jackson Heights office No help there about Dr. Mark Joseph or his wife. Dr. k. Sinha. Who I miss dearly. This is just so unusual for Drs. To disappear from a main Medical Office in our district move on with no responsibility to their clients. I need my medical records released to my new Provider. I needed referrals for other appt. But their is apparently no staff there any longer. So disappointing. Now my whole family has to find new providers. ???? Dr. Joseph was my son's PCP. Dr. Sinha was my adult daughters Dr. My adult sons Dr. My lab were no longer accepted because they expire after 6 mths. She was such a wonderful Dr. With a great personality & concern for her patients.???? I wish her well ????for the most part but totally disappointed in their actions to not respond with a letter or a call to clients. Jackson heights office was very abrupt when my daughter called.????????I hate that I now must change Drs again for the 3rd time. Especially because my son is Mentally challenged & has Emotional issues but really liked Dr. Joseph. He said he was a cool Dr. A good listener.???? Not many willing to listen to ppl with mental disabilities. Sad I sincerely hope they will receive this review. Have great day????

Dr. Joseph was "ok" with me. Kind of rushy but that is not the biggest problem. His staff is very unprofessional. They were joking and playing around and forgot to send my info to the doctor. So I wasted precious hours of my life. Then when I approached the desk they treated my like why the hell are you here. Who ever is hiring need to do deeper screening. I am changing my doctor. This happened on too many occasions.

I am only giving one star since Dr. Joseph is the head doctor in the Jackson Heights location as well. They recently changed locations and no one bother to call me to notify the change of address or to confirm my appointment. I showed up to the old location and when called the office, Iris the receptionist blamed management. Finally Dr. Mendez tells her to tell me that I should have read the new address in my referral however, the main address ( Rockaway) shows in all my referrals! The reception desk has no accountability, this is not the first time that Iris puts the blame or responsibility to someone else. It takes her months to process medical referrals, I wonder if it has to do with my insurance ( like she claims) of her incompetence. I had enough of the incompetence and no accountability from the Jackson Heights office and will not be returning. Hopefully Dr. Joseph reads my review and looks into what is going on in his other location.

To everyone this is the best PC Dr. around. I have known this Dr. for more than half of my life and I won't ever go to no one else. Nobody is better. He takes his time with everything he does and most of all he cares about his patients to the max. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. You can't go wrong with him and his practice. As to all the people that work with him he has surrounded himself with a excellent staff by far. Five stars is a joke rating he's rated much more than that. He's the best in my book.
