Save your self the time and hassle I paid them up front for a case in 2020 that I’m still going to court for to this day because of them.. I ended up having to do time in 2021 for another case so I wasn’t out to go to any of my court dates but they told me I was good and they would handle it tell me why in they missed all the court dates while I was locked up so when I got out of prison in June 2023 tell me why Charlotte was up at the prison waiting on me for FTAs so I had to go down to the jail and wait to try to get my bond unsecured but luckily it did because I was about to have to waste more money .. But fast forward to now I been trying to work with them to see if they can go to these new court dates but they been givin me the run around for 2 1/2 months now I gotta go to court with a court appointed lawyer because they not trying to refund me my money when I’m showing them proof I paid them back in 2020 but now they gotta new staff so they acting slow as if I ain’t pay . Just save yo money and get a lawyer that care because you’ll never speak to ms. Rogers personally ????.. it’s just gonna be her assistant .

I had 2 misdemeanors, and I never been in trouble with the law. My arrest came in right before Covid-19. My arrest was in 01/20/2020 & on 8/24/2023 was my court date. During this 3 years and 8 months, has been very hard; however, Mary assisted during this time. Today, both of my charges was dismissed. Thank you, Mary Rogers, for your assistance.

i wouldn’t recommend anyone get any services from this law firm, they are very unprofessional! they lack communication and lack customer service etiquette. my boyfriend payed them and they did not show up to any of his court dates, because they did not show up to his court date he had to sit in jail and we almost had to spend unnecessary money again to bond him out due to it but his bond got unsecured. we’ve tried calling and emailing them and we never get a response, when we do get a answer when calling the office the assistant always seems as if it’s a problem that we are calling like they don’t wanna do their jobs. we asked them if we were able to get a refund since they never provided the services and she told us she wasn’t entertaining us. which doesn’t make any sense that it’s a problem with giving us a refund when you can’t even do your job. it’s been a ongoing problem since 2020 with no resolution so at this point we are just gonna report them, and take the L because it’s truly ridiculous.

In May of 2020 I was pulled over for going 78 in a 45. I was to go to court the following month but hired Mary and her office to represent me. My court date was pushed back roughly 10-12 times before finally I heard back that the case was dismissed in November of 2022. About 2 months later I received a letter in the mail stating I need to call the court house for the offense. They told me I would have to get in touch with the DA and basically stated that they just changed their mind that my case wasn't dismissed. While all of this was going on I was in the process of moving to Virginia for a promotion I had received and to say this just made my stress levels go through the roof would be still an understatement. I called Mary's office and spoke with their staff in tears from all the stress explaining my situation and what happened and that I still needed their help. They continued to help and got things sorted, they spoke to the DA for me, got me a new court date and represented me in court. After all these years their staff kept up with my court dates and provided updates. They communicated well and were transparent with everything. My charges were reduced to 54 in a 45 which also negated the Reckless Driving charges. If you're in any kind of speeding trouble, I can guarantee you Mary and her team will take the upmost care of you and take the burden of the worry of your back. I would whole heartedly trust Mary and her staff if I would ever need their assistance again.

She came in the court room handle my case like a run in the park....before she arrived I was nervous not because I was guilty but because I knew I shouldn't have been in there...but afterwards judge threw it out and cade dismissed just like that...!!! Thank you Mrs. Rogers!!
