Great legal representation. Professional team, timely responses, and honest. Everything was always explained to me, when asked. I would definitely recommend them to both my family and friends. If you want a law firm that will do everything they can to assist you, Maynard Law is the firm for you.

Only listens until he gets your retainer. ABSOLUTELY poor communication. Everything done via email, no official notices via postal service, claims they don't receive your emails, claims they tried to call but no answer or can't get through (debunked biay call log). Very rude, does not listen, does not fight for his client, does the absolute minimum, includes charges for appearances that never happen. Maynard law fights for the opposing side. Partner Seth attended 1 video conference, appeared confused and was very disorganized, had no clue what was going on. Tried to get more money by forcing case to mediation. Do yourself a favor and HARD PASS on these clowns...

Mr. Maynard handled my issue smoothly and professionally. I came to him after my first lawyer failed to return any of my calls during a two-week period that was critical to my civil case. Mr. Maynard never failed to get back to me at any time. He answered all my questions. The matter was settled and I am entirely satisfied with his work.

Totally Unprofessional; either they are less knowledgeable or they just don’t care. I had to be in direct contact with Attorney Seth B. Carlson for my case purpose. I had to correct him at least 4-5 times to make one paper and even though the paper wasn’t specific in common matters which is usually a general expectation from an attorney. Not being clear about case update, last minute proposal, email not being replied all this making me leave this review. Do not recommend at all.

Extremely rude. I called expecting a voicemail and a man answered “law office”. I mentioned what kind of lawsuit I was looking to file. In which he started yelling at me “ma’am do you realize it’s 7 pm on a Saturday why are you even calling a law office right now.” And I said you answered the phone and said “law office” and he yelled stating they don’t file the lawsuits I was requesting even tho the sign says any legal services. To which I told him he was very rude and he hung up on me. I’m flabbergasted at how rude someone offering a service was. Maybe get a voicemail service so people can leave a message and get a return phone call when you are open.
