I'm a former real estate agent and current contractor and Mike Florence is by far the best real estate attorney in Atlanta. He has closed over 50 transactions for me and his attention to detail and knowledge of real estate, trusts, foreclosure, etc. is equal to none.

They have closed properties for me as well as my son. They were professional and made you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

This was the WORST closing attorney office I have ever dealt with . the closing attorney who was supposed to handle the closing was out of town so someone else handled it for him. However my experience with this office was still unprofessional , untimely and the staff that I had communication with was pretty lackadaiscal about almost everything. The closing date was changed due to the company having meetings the day of proposed closing. I was notified of this change two days before closing. This was ONLY because I reached out to the office ONCE again to ask for my client to be sent the wiring instructions as well as the correct amount that should be brought to closing . The office did not communicate the change to the listing agent and their clients so I had to relay that information TWO days before closing. I asked Felecia ( the only person I had contact when someone decided to answer the phone until the day of closing) to get my client over some numbers on what should be brought to closing . The amount as well as instructions were sent to ME instead of my client . When it was time for the closing , the checks were not cut right . Instructions had been sent over days before and this is a matter of fact because I was copied on the email. Felecia seem aggravated that she had to recut the checks again even though it was her fault. Once I was 30 minutes away from the office I realized she had made the check out to FMLS instead of my Company. Really ??? So I had to send the check back and she had to reissue the checks. Long story long , don't ever use this company for a closing they are horrible and I will never do another closing here.

Called inquiring about a vacant property and the man who answered the phone was rude No wonder their rating is low in google.
