Mr. Rose is an excellent attorney attorney and very knowledgeable in his field of study. I was a single parent working two jobs and overwhelmed with debt. My mortgage company was threatening me with foreclosure. I was told there was nothing I could do, but come up with an outrageous amount of money or move. I had many sleepless nights until I contacted Mr. Rose. He told me I had rights and he would help me fight back to save my home. He went to battle for me against some well known attorneys in court. I have to say Mike is awesome! I can't say enough good things about him & our whole experience. From the time we met Mike to the very end he was right there to help us. My husband & I were very nervous about filing Bankruptcy, like some many people, but he made us completely comfortable, explained how things worked, and walked us through every step. He was amazing, and it was obvious he truly cared about helping us!!!!! We cant thank him enough for his help!!!! We don't ever plan on being here again but if we were we definitely would coming to Mike only !!!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this man as a lawyer or a person, you won't find anyone who is easier to talk to or that will fight harder for you. The first time I used him a had a bank bulling me basically and had taken money out of my check that I was made to feel like I had to let them do because this credit union was tied to my place of employment and after my chapter 7 they were giving me a lot of grief so I called mike and explained it all and the wrote me a check for every dime back with in a few weeks. Mike wouldn't even charge me, he just wanted to stop them from doing what they were doing and get me back the money I shouldn't have ever been bullied into paying them. You don't find people that truly care about others in this profession like Michael rose does very often. Hands down one of the best and you will not regret hiring him. Thanks again Mr. Rose for your defense when I was down and helping me back up to my feet.
