I contacted Mindy Smith to handle my legitimization case for my son over one year ago. I’ve contacted her several times and asked to speak with her. However, I keep receiving emails stating she is busy in court. I finally ran out of patience and said I would like a refund and an invoice for all services. She replied again with another email instead of calling me. Her reply stated she had done work on my case and that she would be refunding me the money. It’s been over two weeks and no refund. She’s a scam and a horrible attorney! Do not use her!
Mindy made the impossible, possible for me. She took the bull by the horns and never backed down. I am very satisfied with my settlement.
