I was told in a text that I would be given a consultation. I did not receive a consultation. I never even got a call back like I was supposed to. I was hung up on twice the first two times I called... the 3rd time I called the person I spoke with just put information into a computer and read a script to tell me this firm could not help me. I asked if she was an actual attorney. She said no. I never spoke with an actual attorney. I shall never recommend it. I got no advice or help what-so-ever. The people who answered the phone never sounded like they knew what they were doing. Did not feel professional at all and were difficult to understand.

Amazing how quickly the team went to work on my case. Several members have contacted me assisting me with direction in the matter. Thanks to all, Jeff Tillman

Don't just don't. Not one care or thought will be given to you or your loved one. They are a machine, turning out numbers, period. There is no fight other than you and whoever you get assigned by a computer. Ask questions if you ever get an actual human and get assigned a new agent. Demand answers and help, they will just ignore you in hopes you go away. Cant slow down the machine, got a quota to keep and new bill board to pay for. In this time of need you have unfortunately found yourself in please find a law firm who will actually help you and take care of you. This one just uses then tosses to the side of the road like some piece of garbage. Will even victim shame, they have no boundaries or desire to help. Please don't fall for the propaganda like I did. For the record due to "response" they did take the case, victim shamed and ignored. Had to hire a different firm to have it actually taken care of. The blanket response to all negative reviews should be enough for any reasonable person to make a smart decision and choose a different firm.

Stay away from Morgan and Morgan! They’ve had my case for a year and half and done nothing. They call you every 3-4 months and ask the same questions. Then you say I’ve already given you this they apologize saying we’ve changed offices . The new office has been rude and neglect. Ignore the commercials. They did not care about my case.

I appreciated the help of my lawyer Mr. Jeremy Stephens, he was professional and answered any questions I needed to be answered, I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone in need of a good law firm, including my friends and family.
