This is the worse lawyer firm i have ever encountered! They are racist and only help the white established ppl! They do not help blk ppl in the hood! I was badly injured in my home in my apartment complex in S.W. Atlanta( the hood)! I fell and broke my femur bone and it was one of the worst pain i have ever felt! My injury was last yr 1/31/23 and i didn't contact a lawyer immediately,i wanted to see what my property management was going to do about the accident,because it did happen on the inside of my home on my floor where it was suppose to get fixed! But 2 months went by and they did nothing and didn't fix the floor! So,i started looking for a attorney and picked Morgan & Morgan for my slip and fall suit! But i was told not to pick them that they wasn't for low income,section 8 black ppl! As i am all of that! But i don't listen to he say she say! Boy was i wrong! I gave them all the info,pictures of the floor,gave them all my insurance info,my Orthopedic doctor info and even asked them to come to my home and take pics! I thought everything was going good,it was going real slow so i started to think the worse! But then i received a letter this year,April 2024 stating that they were happy i choosed them to represent them and to fill out this form giving them permission to receive my medical information! Now as i told y'all in the begining i already gave them permission for all of my info in April 2023! After i signed everything AGAIN,and sent it back to them! I received a call from my granddaughter that they were trying to contact me because they didn't have my new #,but i sent them my new# in a email! So,i called them back, (Mr.Welch),and he said they couldn't represent me blah,blah,blah,blah! That's what he was saying! And since it's been a YEAR,no one will represent me because he messed me up and didn't do what he was suppose to do!All he had to do was say he do not help black,section 8 living ppl and i woud have went somewhere else! Now it's too late! So,be caution of racist lawyers who smile in your face like they care but behind your back they don't! I called 5 attorneys and no one will take my case!
Grant was nice and professional. I enjoyed dealing with his staff they all very kind to me. I dealt the most with Melissa. Nice gal, she was professional and made me feel like Morgan & Morgan "has got this" She was right! I really can't say anything wrong with any of the staff. Thank you Grant and all your hard working staff.
Nicole was absolutely amazing! I was in tears before I called and by time I got done talking to her I was smiling. She's definitely a keeper. I give her 10 Stars five stars is just not enough!
