I was a victim of a serious vehicular crime. I suffered personal financial losses, continue to suffer pain and suffering and related medical expenses as a result of the incident. I became a victim yet again when I secured the services of an attorney with Morgan and Morgan. My so called attorney failed to properly represent me and exploited my situation by taking a settlement amount of only $15,000. From this amount, he deducted needless attorney generated expenses from my recovered share. After deductions were made, I was left a small amount of $3,092.90 for a case that was worth much more due my extensive injuries that I suffered. Communication: My attorney could not be easily contacted as he often would state, “ I will call you tomorrow.” Tomorrows would often come and go without result. I found out that he closed the case and failed to inform me of this. I was not treated fairly or properly and I feel that I was victimized by the legal system. The slogan, “for the people” actually means “for the attorneys.” I would never recommend their services to anyone. Please be cautious in making a selection when you need a lawyer. Being the biggest law firm does not mean better.
Morgan and Morgan is such a joke. They talk about they are there for the people. That is complete B.S. I have two different cases open. One with Morgan & Morgan and the other one open with Farah & Farah. My attorney with Farah & Farah calls me every week to see how I’m doing and gives me updates regarding my case. Since I’ve been with Morgan and Morgan I haven’t heard from my Attorney not even once. I’ve had five different paralegals handle my case, but yet when it gets handed to another paralegal, no one calls. I have to call and ask for updates regarding my case. The last time was almost 30 days from when they said that a new attorney was going to be assigned to me, and yet no one has still reached out to me to introduce themselves or still give me updates regarding my case. Morgan Morgan was the worst made. I just wanna get my case resolved and over with and get away from this attorney law firm as soon as possible. I highly recommend everybody stay clear, Morgan, Morgan, and check out Farah And Farah since they’re the ones who actually care about their clients.
In order to get to the information that you need to make a decision regarding commitment, you have to sign an agreement. You won’t get pertinent information prior to signing that agreement so it’s a step on the way fundamentally you’ve provided all the information already in a form. The follow up is will be contacted by a person is merely going to validate everything that you’ve just supplied by the form. You won’t get access to any other resources until so it’s a little like a cart before the horse kind of situation. And I understanding so far as this firrm is kind of under performing. We will just have to see with this experience. And if it turns out to meet or exceeded my expectations, I’ll give an appropriate review as a follow up.
This is my first time to ever have the need for a personal injury attorney, Being a little nervous about the process upon calling in the initial Evaluation of the situation was very smooth, very professional, And I was made to feel much more comfortable about the process and the call.
