Its amazing to me how claims are made about how so many are getting these big settlements. In 2000 my, now deceased husband hurt his back on his job when a palette of merchandise feel over on him. He had to have disc fused which were pinching a nerve. He was in great pain and only surgery relieved the pain. He only got 11000 dollars in which they took 3. Leaving him 8. He walked with a limp the rest of his life.
