Years ago my mother was placed in Bryn Mawr Rehab. in West Chester, PA. A friend of mine had placed his father there and the Rehab. Center did an amazing job. My mom had a stroke and I thought they would be able to help her. Long story short she fell and broke her hip the night before she was to come home. Our family employed John N. Hickey to represent us in our law suit for damages. THE WORST! Looking back Mr. Hickey was completely unprepared for trial. Needless to say the case was lost I believe because of his incompetence. We were never informed if Bryn Mawr Rehab. made an offer prior to going to court and Mr. Hickey’s performance was AWFUL. Before the case went to the jury Mr. Hickey brought us an offer from Bryn Mawr Rehab. for $11,000.00.....disgraceful. If I could give him a ZERO I would!
