So, they definitely helped me get the initial paperwork filled out. I got my first denial and they immediately asked for reconsideration. During reconsideration the lawyers are supposed to obtain the reason for the denial - along with the medical reports that SSA had taken. I asked for those things 4 times over a 5 week period and they were never obtained. In addition - when I talked to them about what their arguments with the reconsideration adjuster would be - they had no answer. I think they never intended to do and let it get to the judge 15 months later. Also, they can be hard to get on the phone, it sucks. I wouldn't trust them beyond doing the initial paperwork. I have obtained different counsel.

I spent an hour and a half on the phone with the lady, we got cut off from our call and I haven’t heard back from anybody. Now I’m worried about the information I gave her about my life. This was weeks ago. I figured she had enough information to start the process and I would hear back from someone, yet still nothing. I need to know am I a client or not. If not I’m going through someone else that will help me with my disability claim. Please let me know something. This experience has been frustrating and time consuming and I’m desperately needing help. Thank you for understanding, I hope I’m not being rude, I just need to know what issues or concerns.
