Whatever Nabors advises, just follow orders, and get a fast result with the lowest legal fees. My experience: Other attorney fees range from 30% to 33%, Nabors is 20% with a quick settlement. Less fees and personal brain damage going through the process. My case took 6 months start to finish. A buddy I referred 3 months start to finish. The average appeal takes over 3 to 4 years. When you see attorneys bragging about large settlements, it's because they chose the longest path to get a decision and a larger legal fee. Nabors takes a few months for 20% of the backpay. Simple decision, just sign the retainer, follow orders, and forget about it until you get your decision.
