I reached out to Mr. Weimer regarding a succession case to see if it was worth pursuing. He was extremely thorough, breaking down everything that I could possibly encounter. Robert Weimer and also partner Gary Brown were both exceptionally responsive and helpful at the first call for guidance and info about their services. Clearly knowledgeable about various issues of the law, they speak bluntly and quickly. The style is not easy for an inexperienced or frightened caller, but it's worth pushing thru the bedside manner. Bottom line: I'd hire them if the circumstances were a good fit, which they will let you know. They won't waste your time, or theirs.

Run…. Mr. Brown is the reason folks cannot trust attorneys. He will suck you DRY. Extremely Excessive billing on a small succession case less than 200k. I paid Mr. Gary Brown 3k to work my small succession. All original documents were mailed and detail info given. Mr. Brown charged 6 hours to prepare a document charged for emails asking the same questions and charged for everyone. I’m not out of 3k still no documents filed with the courts and still requesting additional 1k to file the case with the courts. I’ve decided to term my client- attorney relationship and go with an attorney I could trust. Please, find someone that will help, not hurt you as you’re still grieving.
