It is ashamed that we have these people who work here and especially Samantha Koopman who represents our law. They are nothing but greedy and more greedy. Billed over $60,000 for a $13,000 case and did not obtain any resolution. Have to use another attorney. I simply wonder how they can sleep at night doing what they do. Their response- it is just business and money for them. No heart!!

I have had several bad experiences with lawyers but this firm was different. I first met with a partner who was known for handling difficult cases involving parental alienation. His fee was high and I spent a fortune on a really bad lawyer so I explained that I couldn't spend a lot of money. He took the time to tell me ways I could save money. He said be concise with your phone calls and emails. He assigned associate Frank Johnson to my case. Frank cost approximately half of the partners price. Frank was friendly and helpful but tough enough to shut me down when needed inorder to save money. If he didn't have an answer to something he would get it. My case was very complicated and I ended up getting full physical and legal custody of my kids. My case was resolved relatively quickly and efficiently. I wish Frank was my lawyer from the beginning. This firm definitely looked out for me and my children and I strongly recommend them.

If this firm is reflective of attorney Matthew Green, look elsewhere. Adds no perspective or insight of value, disconnected from activities and not in tune with needs. Comments like, "it slipped through the cracks" and constant delays are what you are in store for. There are plenty of other options.

Since the start of our country, Americans have depended on their right to vote. It is perhaps the most fundamental right that Americans can have. Lawrence Tabas works for this firm. He has expressed a willingness to ignore the election results in PA. This matters because he is the chair of the state's GOP. So what he has suggested he might do is ignore the popular vote and have Republican reps in the state nominate trump. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend Frank Johnson if you want an amicable divorce. If you’ve seen the movie Marriage Story, Frank will remind you of the lawyer portrayed by Laura Dern—looking for an opportunity to draw out the legal fees as long as possible by making the process as toxic as possible. He advertises on his website the he got an alcoholic woman custody and made the spouse pay his fees. In my experience he took a scenario in which my ex and I asked for equal time with the kids and roughly equal expenses with a pre-agreed split of assets and then he made such significant threats about what he could do in court that then turned it into tens of thousands in fees with no actual court hearing and no end in sight to the expensive negotiations. There are better options for your kids and your future than this man. If you have kids, rather than listen to him, agree to split the child tax credits, each claim head of household, agree to perfectly equal time or the courts will penalize you, and agree to equal share of expenses and assets. That’s what my parents did and our lives were better for it.
