I wish there were a zero star that I could give to Ben Harper. I don’t usually write review but this time to save others from being misrepresented I’ve decided to write this one. I’m not saying the entire firm is bad but when it’s come to Ben Harper run for your life. I signed up with this firm due to a work injury and my case was assigned to Ben Harper. My initial contact was with his paralegal who stated Ben will be in his office in 10 minutes he will call you then. I waited 2 1/2 weeks no calls; around the 3 weeks time I call my QRC and expressed my frustration it was only then Ben finally gave me a call after my QRC had spoken with him. From our conversation Ben gathered my medical info to request my medical records to put together a settlement demand, I will you update you Ben said. Weeks later I reached out via text cause I have not heard a word (it was a Friday), and I wanted to talk to him also about my case Ben told me he will put the settlement demand together by Tuesday that would be then when he could talk to me. Ben or his paralegal never bothered to call or give me an update that Tuesday as he promised. Friday the following week I reached out to Ben to remind him of how unprofessional he is, his words towards his clients are supposed to his brand, that I was very disappointed as a professional myself I could never ever treat my customers the way Ben has treated me. I told Ben if that’s how he treats most of his clients “it’s bad for business “. The guy doesn’t care for his clients. I’m well aware employers cannot be forced on all cases to settlement but Ben said that I had a case. During these back and forth with the my lawyer “he told me to look for another lawyer to represent me after I wasted nearly over two months, Ben don’t represent customers or clients his action is more like he is working for the employer and insurance company not for employees. And the most bizarre thing happened “the day I’ve decided to hire another lawyer Ben sent me a settlement demand for signature that he prepares to send in to my employer insurance. I changed my mind again and decided to stay with him cause my time was running out, and again Ben told he will let you immediately when I hear back from the insurance, a week past by I reached out to Ben that’s when he told me “oh yeah they didn’t want to settle but we start a fight that they cannot handle that they being forced to hire a lawyer. I told Ben listen what is it these big employers cannot handle so you want me believe they didn’t have lawyers not until my demand? As up to this today, I’m not convinced Ben even ever sent in that settlement demand because of his untruthfulness, the worst lawyer to deal with, find someone who is honest and can hear your concern “Ben Harper “ is not that lawyer unless he is cherry picking. Stay away if you don’t want to waste your time and need a true representative.

Ben Harper was my lawyer for a work comp case. Let me tell you that i put all my trust in this man & glad i did. Hes a go getter & very smart. He knows his laws & he knows how to treat people going through a hard time. Highly recommend this man. & his team they were there for me when i didnt exspect it. Kim went outta her way to be there for me. What a great law firm! Trusting in him was one of the smartest thing i ever did! Thank you again Ben.

My wife suffered an injury on the job and we were recommended to the Osterbauer Law Firm. Ben Harper took her case and saved us a great deal of frustration. Without him we were lost. We greatly appreciate what Ben did for us and recommend him to others.

I would like to say, haven a law firm like Osterbauer was 1and a million. My lawyer Ben Harper was the best. Leading me through the hold experiment of going against corp insurance. So for anyone looking for a great lawyer to stand by you and fight for you it’s Mr. Ben Harper. Do not hesitate he is the man. Thank you been.

Ben Harper and Kim battled the work comp insurance not giving a inch and won for me. Appreciated their straight always had answers for my concerns when they arose. Thank you guys . U wanna win go with Ben.
