I appreciate a website that is easy to navigate. Sometimes you just do not have time to speak to a rep or even want to, so being able log in and pay and be on your way is excellent! They also allowed me to select my own payment amount!! It just doesn't get any better than that!!

Their website was very user friendly. It had 3 different payment options available for me and while navigating their site, there were always personized messages stating how they know life happens, things can be difficult, we're here to help, etc. These statements made me feel good about this company because whether sincere or not, someone took the time to make these statements to ease customers minds, which I feel is the 1st step in working with people to help resolve their debts and get them back on track! I personally feel that they are truly interested in helping people and that's a rare commodity these days. Don't be afraid to call these people to help you get your finances back in order. I think they set the bar for other debt collection agencies to follow.
