When Covid-19 hit I didn't work for a long time and having you be patient to allow a payment plan that worked for me. I was able to pay my bills and pay my collection bill. If only some of the others were as reasonable. Everyone knows how many people didn't work during that time during Covid-19 and so much went to collections. Thank you for being understanding and working with me to have a plan that worked for me. Officially paid in full!!! YES!!!

UPDATE!: DEAR PORTFOLIO EXEC'S, PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING YOUR EMPLOYEES SUNDAYS OFF! THANK YOU! JESUS LOVES YOU AND SO DO I !!! ??????????????????????? Collections are never fun but we made a promise when we took on the debt, did we not? This is a HUGE THANK YOU to the 3 gentlemen I spoke with today! While we did not come to an agreement, they took the time to hear me out, do everything they could do to settle the matter and I appreciate them for that! This is a job that is most assuredly thankless but they show up anyway! They have more patience and humility and understanding and heart than many! A promise is a promise! If you are having to spend money for something your past self did to you at least one can hope the process to be quick and very easy. And as a victim of a self that was financially reckless at PRApay.com I was able to resolve my account in less time than it would take me to buy a candy bar at Amazon.

I don't always make the time to do reviews but when it's deserved I will give my feedback. And I truly believe in the saying "If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything," unless, of course, it's required to protect oneself. Well, I read some reviews here and just kept going, because some are absolutely ridiculous and gave me several laughs. Some people should really rethink before they tap the send. Anyway, PRA was great today with my available options. My cell phone actually hung up on us right when we were making payment arrangements and the next person picked right back up, Both were pleasant, professional and wrapped up the process quickly. The website is really simple even for the least savvy, showing my pending payment and the planned schedule from today. Many ratings here are uncalled for with no real justification written for their 1,2 or 3 stars. I kept reading more trying to find their rationale, but instead I would laugh out loud. For the posters who may or may not know that they should've paused before submitting and the stressed out ones who want to vent by giving a negative rating, I hope you are reading mine. This company bought YOUR debt, bought you time, and now conveniently offering you many options and possibly at a significant reduction. If someone owed you money wouldn't you want it back?
