The woman that answered the phone sounded stoned and lacked abstract thought
One of the most adversarial attorneys and staff I have worked with...and I was their client! When raising an issue or question of importance to me, I was met with a lengthy email response questioning ethics. Do they get that I have hired an attorney because I DON’T know what is required!?! Every written response was likely another $200 out of my retainer. Then, after settlement, they refused to respond to my requests for a refund of the balance. It has been over a month of my requesting the retainer balance. Talk about ethics... I would never recommend this firm.
