Thank you P&G. I just found out that you’re the ones responsible for obesity and heart disease in America. You paid off the American Heart Association to declare good fats out and seed oils in so you could sell your Crisco. It’s literally the most despicable thing you could have done. You’ve got fixing to do.
Terrible customer service! Their Charmin toilet paper roll was shredded into thin pieces, which is unheard of! I mean, how does this happen? What happened to their quality control? They ought to up their game because this is UNACCEPTABLE! Plus, talk about how they don’t handle complaints very well. Sending out a coupon is not a way to compensate for the inconvenience and for poor quality product. Mind you, it’s a coupon to have you pay $6 less. I won’t use Charmin anymore, and I will stay away from P&G brands altogether!
P&G remains in the top 5 US companies still doing business in Russia! It's been 2-1/2 years since Russia has invaded Ukraine (the second time) and apparently P&G thinks supporting Russia with consumer goods is a great idea. Despite the billions of dollars taxpayers are giving to support Ukraine and the almost 800,000 people killed in the conflict. The sooner US companies stop supporting Russia, the sooner the conflict can end resulting in less loss of life.
I had over $60 saved up from my pampers club which according to the company never expires. It took me over 2 years to save this up. When I finally went to use it I found them removed from my account. This was done with no prior warnings. When I reached out to them I just got bounced around and never got resolved. I'm done with them.
I too am a long time customer for Dawn dish soap -- the new "clean scent" is over-the-top strong! It's a scent more appropriate for laundry (if you like scented clothes) but completely disgusting for eating utensils -- the smell lingers on porous items like wooden spoons and plastic storage containers and makes everything smell like perfume. A "clean scent" for dishes should be NO SCENT. I'll be switching to something else -- sorry (if it ain't broke, don't fix it!)
