As much as I don't like collection services I have to say my experience has been nothing like the terrible one mentioned below. Honestly, they work with me, don't nag me unless I miss my payment date and even then, they don't harass me. I owe a large amount and I appreciate them NOT calling me daily to remind me as long as I pay monthly.
