Where is Richard Burgess. His office on Hwy 6 is closed and his office phone is disconnected. I saw an obit that his father had passed away Richard Sr. in January. Does anyone know if Richard Burgess Jr is still practicing law and where is he.

Basically told me there is nothing he can do for me & my best bet will be to start a small claim lawsuit. He said there was nothing they could find a the Defendant who crashed into my car. nnWants very helpful & all through e-mail. I had to kept asking for an update.
