Everyone in this law firm is curteous and professional. Ambrosio was handling my case but would have his group represent me at different hearings. Terrible representation in a situation in which I was falsely accused of assaulting a peace officer which was a weak charge with no basis that a public defendant could have got dismissed. The second charge was a DUI which the best deal this guy could get me was a guilty plead with 9 months of alcohol classes and a court fine and a 3 year probation on my first DUI offense... I took the guilty plead although the arresting department had stated that I refused a breathalyzer exam which was untrue yet the DMV suspended my license for refusal. Under those conditions the Police department was claiming I refused an exam and yet this lawyer claimed I had blown a 0.24 and that the case would be difficult to beat. I took the plea deal and the Dmv still refused to give me a temporary license on the basis that I had refused an exam... the lawyer poorly represented me or looked out for my interest yet charged me $5,000. In addition, they pretend they care although once they get paid they don't care for the client. The way I was represented was very poorly and in a very lazy way. In addition, upon posting this review the firm has continued to harass me and even resorting to deceptive theatrics such as calling my phone with an area code inconsistent with their firm to try to get me to retract my review.nnRecently this firm has gone above and beyond to defame me due to my negative review, and this shows in their unethical way of disclosing client and attorney information breaching client confidentiality as you can see from there response to my review. Thus, this further underlines the unethical means to which these people are willing to resort to and additional feedback will not cease until these people stop harassing me and defaming me by exposing my case for every one to see. Thus, the harm that the information posted in this response by the law firm are subject to be dismissed or rejected for a job and legal matters might be necessary unless they retract their attacks via a social platform towards intimidation and retraction of what I perceive to be my assessment of the services provided.
