I forgot to mention that attorney James Ferguson from this law firm requested arbitrator Gail Nakatani to cut out and refuse all my critical claims and evidence, and she colluded, and then by his fraudulent requests, cut out more. I proved that the arbitration award is practically 100% errors fraud deceit, most of it copied from these attorneys. Judge Lisa Cataldo from Circuit Court and apprllate judges ignored all my evidenxe. Tbey never demonstrated they read any of it. The arbitrator and judgrs simply oked whatever thede attorneys wanted. I also realize that i cited a wrong name for insurance adjustor. Lisa Lemon is a corrupt part of Hawaii Bar Disciplinary. The insurance adjuster name is Emma (the last name sounds something like Ledenbecker. Her name is stated at the start of arbitration hearings). Also the attorneys are aggressively stealing aka foreclosing on my condo and the main collaborators are Board member who was president 2021-2024 Lorne Jackson who claims to be an ex Navy Seal petty officer of 25 years, and property manager Bryn James from All Community Management. This extortion ring is setting up a mechanism where ANYONE can be dragged through arbitration or court without any evidence and CONDEMNED AND THEIR PROPERTY TAKEN. Hawaii is dangerous and the USA has become dangerous as these predators roam free in the condo world. To repeat: the attorneys from Roeca Luria Shin /Hiraoka have appellate Judge Hiraoka on their dide and are in violation of many rules of conduct. They cut evidence, introduce unlawful improper evidence, base their work on their own testimony without evidence and fradulent facts and fradulent practices. They must be disbarred, together with attorneys Kapono Kaikona and Michael Biechler from Porter McGuire Kaikona, currently Porter Kaikona Kopper lawfirm . They sued me without any evidence for bogus false causes. All my evidence proving that i win on all counts was cut out or ignored by "their" arbitrator and judges. In short this is white collar crime, extortion, fraud, racketeering by state judges, attorneys, arbitrator from state funded agency, property management, and shady condo members. It is theft in the open. The previous property management company that started financial scams and persecuting me is Associa HI, which has deep povkets and lobbies the government. This is HEAVEN for criminals and very dangerous for people. Therefore it must be stopped.
