The law firm of Biller, Sachs, Raio and Zito and their staff most recently represented me in a motor vehicle personal injury case in which I was severely injured. Originally, I asked them to assist me in negotiating with the insurance carrier for the motorist that crashed into my stopped vehicle without initiating a lawsuit, after all, even though it was an "accident" and the insured was clearly at fault, a fair negotiated settlement seemed imminent. WRONG!nnThankfully this law firm's professional legal knowledge and experience was a perfect fit for my situation, and successful outcome. It did require filing a lawsuit but settled within days of filing without costly and time-consuming litigation. nnIn my opinion they could not have been a better advocate when I needed them most.
